Injectable pricing depends on the number of units used and areas treated. A full treatment plan will be discussed at consultation. Fillers are reversible with hyaluronidase.

The following policies apply to all surgical procedures booked at Jaberi Plastic Surgery. They exist to fairly allocate resources and protect both patients and our surgical team.
A non-refundable booking deposit of $2,000 is required to reserve a surgical date at the accredited surgical centre. This deposit reflects the administrative and scheduling costs required to secure your operative time, including facility reservation, anesthesia scheduling, and surgical team coordination.
The remaining balance of your quoted surgical fee is due no later than three (3) calendar weeks before your scheduled procedure date. Payment may be made by e-transfer, certified cheque, or credit card. Financing funds from Beautifi or Medicard are disbursed directly to the practice — your financing provider will coordinate timing with us.
Failure to attend the scheduled surgical date without prior notice — a "no-show" — may result in forfeiture of all payments made. If you are unable to attend, please contact us at the earliest opportunity so we can do our best to accommodate a reschedule.
Your personalized surgical quotation is valid for 60 days from the date of consultation. After this period, fees may be subject to change based on updated facility costs and scheduling. If your quote expires, please contact the office to confirm current pricing before your booking.
A fee of $100 applies when a booked consultation is not attended and is not cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours' advance notice. This fee covers the administrative cost of the reserved appointment time. To cancel or reschedule, please call 613-591-1188 or email hello@jaberiplasticsurgery.com.
The vast majority of plastic surgery procedures are considered cosmetic and are not covered by OHIP (Ontario Health Insurance Plan). However, certain procedures may qualify for partial or complete public coverage when a documented medical indication is present.
Whether you need a referral depends on how you're accessing care. Here's a clear breakdown of both pathways.
No referral is required to book a cosmetic consultation with Dr. Jaberi. You can contact our office directly — by phone, email, or through our online booking system. Consultations are typically available within weeks.
A formal referral from your family physician or a specialist is required for any OHIP-insured consultation or procedure. OHIP will not fund a consultation or surgery without a valid referral on file. Please ask your GP to refer you to Dr. Jaberi specifically by name for the relevant procedure.
In Ontario, OHIP-funded plastic surgery services are delivered through hospital-based clinics. Understanding the differences helps you plan your care appropriately.
